We approach our staffing and management solutions with a fresh outlook, putting the physician and patient needs first. Our groups utilize scribe-programs and we safely and effectively integrate mid-level providers for a team-based environment. We also implement processes that eliminate frustration, reduce busy work, and maximize team and physician satisfaction and collaboration.
Our physicians provide emergency care for over 100,000 patients in six hospital Emergency Departments throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Physician opportunities within Affilion include both staff and medical director positions in our six existing hospitals, with more opportunities on the horizon in 2009.
